Today was the end of the first  week of NortheastGolf Camp. Gary Yagelski had 80 young golfers here for 4 days this week. Prepare, world, for a whole new generation of golfers…and they have started young. Gary has earned the respect of these youngsters and they are anxious to listen and learn. His camp begins with lessons in golf rules, etiquette and course courtesy. When the kids weren’t chipping, putting and golfing they were in the clubhouse enjoying a special menu prepared just for them.

They’ll be back  July 7-10th for another week. Some will be return golfers and many will be new, according to Gary, camp director and certified instructor. It’s a funny thing that since this is the 10th year for Northeast Golf, some of the earlier graduates are now some of our adult golfers competing in tournaments and leagues. We love our golf campers!
